Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom & Made-to-Order Items: May require additional processing time. Estimated timelines will be provided at checkout or upon request.
  • Digital Products: Instant download links will be available immediately after purchase.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping (Canada & USA): Standard shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.
  • International Shipping: We currently offer shipping to select international locations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on location and carrier availability. Any customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Local Pickup: If you’re in the London, Ontario area, we offer local pickup. Select this option at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable).
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Delays & Issues
