🧵 Week 1: Sewing Machine Basics & First Stitches
• How to thread a sewing machine & wind a bobbin
• Adjusting stitch length & tension
• Sewing straight and curved lines with control
• Introduction to seam types (plain, French, flat-felled)

✂️ Week 2: Seam Finishes & Hemming Techniques
• Mastering seam finishing (zigzag, overlock, pinking)
• Different hem techniques (double-fold, rolled, blind hem)
• Practicing finishing touches on fabric swatches

🔗 Week 3: Applying your skills
• Applying techniques learned onto a sample
• focusing on Darts, curved seams, facings and hems
• Learning troubleshooting techniques

👖 Week 4: Sewing Pockets & Applying Skills
• Overview of pocket types (patch, inseam, welt)
• Practicing a Hip Pocket
• How to follow sewing patterns & apply learned skills
