In this 6-week course, you’ll construct a custom-fit pair of pleated trousers from start to finish. This class is perfect for sewists who have completed a beginner course or have basic garment sewing experience and are ready to tackle more advanced techniques.

Whether you want a menswear-inspired silhouette or a more tailored feminine fit, you’ll get to choose between two professional-grade patterns designed to help you level up your sewing game.

🧵 What You'll Learn:

• How to read and adjust commercial patterns for a perfect fit
• Sewing pleats, darts, and hip pockets
• Installing a fly front zipper and waistband
• Creating a clean buttonhole and button closure
• Finishing techniques: hand-sewn and machine blind hems

By the end, you’ll have a polished, wearable pair of trousers—and the confidence to sew more!

• Length: 6 weeks (2 hours/week = 12 total hours)

• Location: Sew It Goes Studio – 20 Kitchener Ave, London ON
• Class Size: Small group setting for hands-on instruction
• Supplies: Machines, thread, pins, and tools provided in studio

• Each class runs once a week for 6 weeks (2 hours per session)

☀️ Weekend Intensive Course

• Dates: Saturday & Sunday, August 9, 10 & 16, 17
• Time: 12:30pm – 3:30pm each day
• A condensed format (4 days × 3 hours = 12 total hours)
